She was reared in Ridgewood, New Jersey by parents who were reared in Atlanta, Georgia. As a girl, she was labeled as "A Retarted Reader." She was trained in South Boston, Virginia, as a Reading Tutor for Adults and Children. In Clarksville, New York, she volunteered to help Elementary girls and boys who needed extra help. In Mebane, North Carolina, she was employed at Tutor Topia Learning Solutions, LLC.to help Elementary boys and girls with Spelling, Reading, Comprehension, and Penmanship. Now she works part time at Dusk to Dawn Learning Center in Mebane, NC. She has two wonderful indoor cats named Smokey and Ginger.
